WHY IS THE BOXER ENGINE IS SUPER COOL? - BOXER ENGINES EXPLAINED.

BOXER ENGINES: INTRODUCTION:                          We all know various engine setups and designs. The INLINE and the V engines are the most common in this automotive world . There's also a different kind of engine that holds up its heritage from the end of the 18th century  till date ,that's THE BOXER ENGINE!!. WHY SO THE NAME BOXER??                             Boxer engines are powerful, efficient and way loud than the other engines ,they are also called as Horizontally opposed engines .The name boxer is given due its odd firing order of pistons and its arrangement .                             In a inline engine the pistons are straight but in a Boxer engine the pistons are faced opposite to each other and also their movement is similar to a boxer ,using his hands to fight . That's super cool right . WHO GOT THIS FIRST?                        Its none other than our Great German inventor and engine pioneer Karl Fiedrich Benz. He is widely recogni

Ryzen 3 vs Ryzen 5 vs Ryzen 7 vs Ryzen 9 - AMD Ryzen Explained

Hello Guys, AMD one of the largest players in the semiconductor market has always been an underdog ever since its first launch, The team Red has always been behind Intel microprocessors, Even though the AMD's processors are priced low, they could not really occupy the market of Intel. But, In the last decade AMD has grown a lot, In recent times AMD has gained a lot of market share from Intel, Particularly after the introduction of Ryzen Series in 2017. Yes AMD offers great value now than many Intel Chips, They are cheap and Powerful, So what is the difference between these Ryzen Processors and how do they perform against their Intel competitors.

Ryzen 3 is the entry-level Processor, Targetting the entry-level budget users, Ryzen 3 processors are a very good choice for a low budget build. All the Ryzen 3 models come with 4 core 4 thread configuration offering us a massive performance, They are on par with Intel's Core i5. Already it killed the core i3, Of course, the 10th Gen core i3 is a good choice check our post here to know more about Intel processors. Also, some of the Ryzen 3 Processors come with Integrated Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, Which can almost make every daily task and it can even run some games from Low to Medium Presets. It almost already ate Intels Poor UHD Integrated Graphics. The 4rth gen Ryzen CPUs are already on track. Also, the Zen architecture provides them a very good efficiency, And high clock speeds, currently Ryzen 3 3rd gen is based on Zen 2 architecture. The Ryzen 3 Mobile CPUs are also a great choice some models even come with Vega 6 Integrated graphics. Ryzen 3 comes with a 2 core 4 thread variant in some Laptop segment. Which is amazing for its price. With a 65 Watt TDP, the stock cooler will run it smoothly without any thermal throttling. The biggest strength of the Ryzen 3 Cpu is their Price to performance ratio. they are far better than Core i3 processors and even they can compete with some i5 Models. speaking of price point we must mention its price here. Ryzen 3 is priced between 7 to 9k which makes them more affordable. I would definitely recommend buying Ryzen 3 for entry-level budget E-sport gamers and office users. Also, keep in mind all the AMD desktop processors are capable of Overclocking so we can squeeze some extra juice from our Processor. But learn how to overclock, It may end up making your CPU dead, To know more about overclocking head to our post here.

Ryzen 5:

Here comes my favorite spot "The Budget" spot. Almost most of the Gamers fall in this spot. Ryzen 5 Processors comes with 4 cores 8 threads, or 6 Cores 12 threads. Yes, hyperthreading comes with Ryzen 5 Processors. They offer a great value at this segment, They can blow up some core i7 processors too. yes, they are very much powerful and almost outperform most of the i5 processors. The Ryzen 5 processors are very much suitable for gaming and also they occupied a very good share especially in the mobile segment they are also equipped with up to Radeon Vega 11 Graphics, Which is very good for a casual gamer. In the mobile segment, they offer a very good value, Even I'm writing this post with a Ryzen 5 mobile Cpu, To be frank, they are powerful for gaming and normal usage for all office workers. But the only place where they lack a bit is single-core performance, most of the Ryzen 5 3rd gen processors are equal to Intel's Core i5 8th generation and almost slightly lower than the 10th Gen i5, I said slightly, yes still Ryzen 5 is a great choice for gaming because individual core performance is not a big issue for Gaming, Also in the notebook market we can see atleast one model from every manufacture. The Ryzen 5 4000 series (4rth Gen) processors are way more powerful than its predecessor and also outperform their Competitors, With a TDP of 15W and 7nm fabrication process, it is a big deal, AMD also ditched the 4 core variant and the 4rth gen Ryzen 5 will only available with 6 cores. The numbers show that the Ryzen processors almost taking up a big lead especially in laptop Market. With a maximum TDP of 95W for Top-end Ryzen 5 models and it also offers 65W and 45W models. So get ready for a hefty cooler if you choose a Ryzen 5 Desktop Processor. The Ryzen 5 will be very good for gamers and content creators. Also, Ryzen 5 is overclockable, and generally has higher IPC and clock Speed than its Competitors. Click here for some Top Ryzen Powered Laptops.

Ryzen 7:

Here comes our ultimate CPU targetted the mainstream content creators and Hardcore gamers. Yes, I'm speaking about the ultimate Ryzen 7. Every single Ryzen 7 comes with an 8 Core 16 Thread configuration. yes, it gives very good competition to Intel's Core i7 And even putting down them shame in benchmarks. With higher boost clock they are almost undeniable in the PC market and also Ryzen 7 offers an immersive performance in the Notebook Market, yes laptops with Ryzen 7 are performing very well nowadays. Combined with vega 11 graphics they are so much power for day to day tasks, When paired with a very good Dedicated Radeon or Nvidia Graphics they are almost making some desktop Computers to shame. We can easily find Ryzen 7 CPUs with Nvidia RTX graphics in the market, With a TDP ranging from 65W to 105W in the desktop range, combined with its 7nm fabrication Process. They offer great performance for gamers as well as Content Creators, who will be using those 8 Cores effectively Rather than Gamers. They cost from 14,000 all the way up to 30,000 for the 3rd gen Ryzen 7 for Desktop Version. The Ryzen 7 4000 series mobile CPUs are very much Powerful. Offering a very good clock speed and IPC and outperforms its intel Competitor in multi-core CPU performance the zen 2 architecture they are Gem, So For which kind of people this really suits, probably Content creators will be hugely benefited by this processor, This is also the cheapest 8 core Processor you can buy right now, So don't be late grab your Ryzen 7 powered laptops now.

Ryzen 9:

The top-end model of the Ryzen series is the Ryzen 9 it is the most powerful processor in their segment, In the Desktop Side the Ryzen 9 comes with a base variant of 12 cores, 24 Thread configuration, I'm not joking that's real 12 core CPU, With Hyperthreading, AMD also has a massive 16 core variant with 32 threads, With a maximum boost clock of 4.7 GHz on all the cores they are insanely fast. wit a TDP of 105W they become rally hot, AMD recommends Liquid cooling for its Ryzen 9 3950X model (16 Core model). Higher speeds. More memory. Wider bandwidth. You must push every lever, squeeze every ounce, and leave nothing on the table. AMD’s 3rd Gen Ryzen processor was designed to break expectations and set a a new standard for high-performance processors. Also, Ryzen processors feature support for the world’s first PCIe 4.0 ready platform, enabling the most advanced motherboards, graphics, and storage technologies available. Along with AMD's precision boost technology, we can overclock by just pressing a button. Sounds Impressive Right. Ryzen 9 powered Laptops are also in the Market they offer an 8 core 16 thread model for laptops, The Ryzen 9 is purely for Enthusiast who builds PCs to extreme and extreme overclockers or high-end content creators. Also people with a lot of money, Performance doesn't come cheap. Ryzen 9 processors range from 45,000 to 60,000 for the 16 core model. But the price is still fluctuating, But they are really cheap than Intel core i9 range of processors.

Ryzen Threadripper:

The ultimate CPU for the server lineup and those who need the power of a server on their desktop. Usually the Threadripper is for server purpose but these specs are insane, Yes nobody games with a 32 Core or 64 core CPU, Yes 64 cores Threadripper can offer you up to 64 cores, and also with 128 Threads, That is way more powerful than Intel's Xeon product lineup, Also with up to 88 PCIe 4.0 lanes they are perfect for large Servers, Threadripper also comes in various Configurations, 32, 24, 16 core models are also available, The 16 core or 32 core model will surely Help Professional 3d Artist or Video Editors a lot due to its high core count, It can easily run almost all multithreaded application, AMD also claims that they can even play some Top AAA games while they Render their Works, Well, it seems to be normal, But it takes enormous CPU power to do these things, Don't think your Ryzen 5 or Core i7 will do that. They also have a TDP of up to 280 W, So get ready for serious water cooling.  Also with Quad-channel DDR4 support and ECC memory, They are most suitable for servers than workstations, Also Threadripper Provides RAID support with PCIe 4.0 lanes, We can set up RAID configurations with much faster NVMe storage. So the Threadripper is not for Everyone, They are very Much expensive, And they are used for a Purpose, Ryzen Threadripper is geared toward prosumers that rely on heavily threaded applications and multitasking. Also to mention they come with LGA type of connection, Which is completely different from their Normal Ryzen lineup, To know about the CPU sockets Check our CPU-Explained Post here. Although AMD has not officially disclosed fourth-generation Threadripper, they are expected to be introduced in the 2020-2021 timeframe. Those processors are expected to be based on the Zen 3 microarchitecture, fabricated on TSMC 7 nm (N7+) process. Click Here to buy Ryzen Threadripper Range Of Processors

Hope this post gave you a vast idea of the Ryzen Processors, The Ryzen processors are perfect value of money, Now AMD has acquired almost 50% of the market of Intel. This show how far the Team Red has evolved in recent years, I'm always a big fan of AMD My first PC I built was using an AMD Phenom II x4 processor, Which is still running very good and almost handles all the tasks I threw at it, Intel are also doing good with their Current 10th Gen processors, Check our post here to know more about Intel Processors.
